The National Honors Society (NHS) is back to hosting their annual Variety Show which will take place on Thursday, April 7 at 7 p.m. in the Sanford Performing Arts Center.
A variety of talent-based performances will be featured in the show this year. A few of the known acts include singing, playing piano, hula hooping and beatboxing.
Tickets will be sold at $3 for students and seniors and $5 for adults.
The variety show is an annual fundraiser hosted by NHS that showcases talented students, teachers, and staff here at Sanford High School. Funds are raised through ticket, concession, and raffle ticket sales.
Raffle prizes include certificates and rewards from a variety of local businesses (including Frannie’s Mini Donuts, Jazz Tappin Dance Academy, Carly T. Photography, and more). All money raised goes back to NHS.
NHS members have all been preparing to make this event a success and will be ensuring that everything runs smoothly throughout the show. They will be selling tickets and concessions, working backstage, announcing raffle winners, and acting as show MCs.
Come support Sanford’s talented students and staff!
